Specifies users / groups who can generate invoices.
Note: Only for use by the Mississippi State Department of Health.
DescriptionMost government agencies order certificates through the Mississippi State Department of Health. Their orders are processed and usually invoiced at the end of each month. This entry defines who is allowed to generate the invoices for these customers.
